Yes, it works fine with WP 4 too.
One final question, seeing you have 6-month, 1 year, etc, subscriptions. Say I'm just using it on a couple of sites I'm doing for other people, in 6 month's time it's unlikely that I will be making any further structural changes so will it continue to function or would I have to renew the subscription?
